PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of diet fiber source for various foods, liquors and other food additives by using diet fiber as a main material. Therefore, the diet fiber source provides diet fiber. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of diet fiber source for various foods, liquors and other food additives is characterized by adding an appropriate amount of citric acid and sodium citric acid as a pH regulator to diet fiber as a main ingredient, and further adding an appropriate amount of red wine thereto.
