<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interlock a page space of a newspaper/magazine or the like with a web function on an information communication network. <P>SOLUTION: A bar code image BI on the page space is read by the CCD camera 22 of a cellular phone terminal 20 and processed by an image processing part 23, and a bar code is reproduced in a bar code determination part 24. When information related to complementation data to be inputted by a member is included in the bar code image BI, the bar code determination part 24 presents an input screen on a monitor 27 to urge the member to input complementation data such as the number of commodities to purchase necessary for a commercial transaction. When the complementation data are inputted, the bar code, the complementation data and the ID of the cellular hone terminal are transmitted from a data transmitting and receiving part 25 to a mediation server site 10.
