<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge saving support system capable of efficiently promoting the saving of an electrical resource or the like without forcing a customer to follow cumbersome procedures. <P>SOLUTION: The charge saving support system comprises: a charge data collection means receiving, in predetermined time unit, charge data applied to saving from a resource supply organization supplying a resource applied to the saving of electricity charge, gas charge, water charge or telephone charge and successively storing the charge data on a rate table by a customer; a customer information registration means receiving the target saving value of the charge applied to the saving, during a predetermined summing-up period, from the information terminal of each customer and registering the target saving value by customer on a customer management table; a summing-up means summing up the charge data per the summing-up period based on the tariff data by customer stored on the charge table; and a notification means comparing the summed-up charge data per the summing-up period with the target saving value by each customer stored on the customer management table and notifying each customer of saving application exceeding the target saving value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
