PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner excellent in low-temperature fixability and anti-offset properties, and having excellent durability even in high-speed printing. SOLUTION: The toner includes a binder resin and a colorant, wherein the binder resin comprises two resins different from each other in softening point by≥10°C, and the resin having a higher softening point is a polyester obtained by reacting a polyethylene terephthalate or a modified polyethylene terephthalate with an alcohol component and a carboxylic acid component, or includes the polyester as one of resin components.
