PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize mounting state with high reliability by making an antenna assembly possible to be easily mounted on a roof, etc. SOLUTION: The antenna assembly has an antenna element, a bottom cover and a top cover which cover the antenna element. The bottom cover has a base projection part to be inserted into a mounted part, a washer having elastic force is engaged with the base projection part and the bottom cover is mounted and fixed by allowing the washer to abut on an inner surface of the mounted part. The washer is inserted into the mounted part in a state in which it is engaged with the base projection part, and allowed to abut on the inner surface of the mounted part by recovery of its shape by the elastic force after insertion.
