PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electric equipment 3 like a cell phone using a battery 11 as a power supply for driving a functioning means 5, allowing easy seizure of information about the remaining capacity of the battery 11 without viewing the display of the small electric equipment 3. SOLUTION: A battery capacity detecting means 2 is provided for seizing the current remaining capacity of the battery 11 on a real time basis and transmitting information 7 about the detected battery capacity to another small electric equipment 3 like a pocket type personal computer device via a communication means 1. In comparison with information about the battery capacity detected on the side of the small electric equipment 3, the battery remaining capacity, whichever smaller, is displayed.
