PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize MIC and zero voltage switch including a driver by grounding the sources of both a main switch and an auxiliary switch. SOLUTION: A DC converter includes a series circuit connected to both ends of a DC power supply Vdc1 and having the primary winding 5a of a transformer T and a switch Q1, diodes D1, D2 for rectifying the voltage generated at a secondary winding 5b, a reactor L1 and a capacitor C4 for smoothing the rectified outputs of the D1, D2, a series circuit connected to both the ends of the Q1 and having D4 and C2, a series circuit connected to both the ends of the C2 and having a feedback winding 5c and a Q2, and a control circuit 10 for feeding back the power of the C2 to the transformer T via a feedback winding 5c by turning on the Q2 at the Q1 off time and zero voltage switching the Q1 by the counterelectromotive force generated at the transformer T1 at the Q2 off time.
