PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a motor by protecting or protecting and heat dissipating by forming a coating layer on the peripheral surface of a stator coil and supplying a refrigerant into a cylinder in a stator yoke. SOLUTION: A linear motor protects the stator coil (3) by the coating layer (4) on the peripheral surface of the stator coil (3), and is cooled by supplying the refrigerant into the cylinder (20) inserted into the stator yoke (2).
