PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric transducing apparatus in which random noise can be reduced. SOLUTION: The output terminal of a photoelectric transducing means is connected to input terminals of a reset means and of an amplification means, and the photoelectric transducing apparatus includes a hold means for holding a reference signal resulting from resetting the output terminal of the photoelectric transducing means, and a signal reading means for reading out the reference signal and an optical signal resulting from storing an electric charge generated by light incident to a photoelectric transducing area of the photoelectric transducing means, onto a common signal line.
