PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely rigidly join a reinforced concrete column and a steel-frame beam. SOLUTION: In a structure for rigidly joining the reinforced concrete column 1 and the steel-frame beam 2, a joining member 7, wherein a gusset plate 9 is welded to the surface of a base plate 8, is fixed to a joint part by an anchor member; a web 2a of the steel-frame beam is bolt-fastened to the gusset plate; and a flange 2b is welded to the base plate. A three-side frame-shaped bent part 10 with one opened side part or an anchor bolt passing through the joint part is adopted as the anchor member. In the execution of work for joining the reinforced concrete column and the steel-frame beam, after the column 1 is preconstructed in a state wherein only the base plate 8 is fixed to the surface of the joint part, the gusset plate 9 is welded to the base plate; after that, the web 2a of the steel-frame beam 2 is bolt-fastened to the gusset plate; and the flange 2b is welded to the base plate.
