PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which enables easy adjustment of its application position, and hardly has a possibility of reducing a decorative commercial product value by the influence of an irregular pattern of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a method for manufacturing such a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: In the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a release material, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a sheet base material in the order named and its manufacturing method, a plurality of release portions having a different degree of releasability from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are provided on the release material and part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is stringed to form a stringing portion when the release material is peeled or the stringing portion is previously provided on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
