PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery cosmetic without showing powdery feeling, excellent in closely adhering feeling to skin, exhibiting a good stretch/extension on applying to the skin and also without exhibiting a caking phenomenon with time. SOLUTION: This powdery cosmetic contains a component (a) of an extender powdery material, a component (b) of 0.1-30 mass % oil agent and (c) 0.001-3 mass % polyhydroxystearic acid.
