PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device capable of facilitating mounting and dismounting work and supporting a vessel stably. SOLUTION: This lifting device has a longitudinal belt applied on a bottom part of the vessel from both sides in the longitudinal direction and a detachable connection part connecting the longitudinal belts on both sides mutually to limit travel onto a side of mutual longitudinal belts by the connection part and support the bottom part of the vessel. This lifting device has a horizontal belt wound around the outer periphery of the vessel in the horizontal direction, at least a pair of longitudinal belts applied on both sides of the bottom part of the vessel in the longitudinal direction, and a connection part connecting the longitudinal belts on both sides mutually.
