PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability, transportability and storage performance by realizing miniaturization and weight reduction and to enhance safety by supporting a scaffolding board always stably and positively without being influenced by the state of the ground for placement. SOLUTION: This auxiliary supporter for the scaffolding board is provided with a scaffolding board holding body part Us having a bottom face support part for supporting the bottom face Bd of the scaffolding board B, and a pair of side face holding parts 3x, 3y projecting from both ends of the bottom face support part 2 to hold at least both side faces Bx, By of the scaffolding board B; and a support body part Up formed to connect its upper end to the bottom part of the scaffolding board holding body part Us and to constitute its lower end as a ground placing part 4 placed on the ground E, and having a length adjusting part 5 for adjusting the vertical length, and an elastic part 6 allowing vertical expansion.
