<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost and easy-operation information input terminal by eliminating the need for a host and an information management master and terminal management master in the host, while releasing user from trouble to make a table for information management master and simplifying set up for a communication partner, and to provide an information communication system using the terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A bar code reader 2 built in the information input terminal 26 reads the bar code 13 indicating identification information that is pasted or printed on an information terminal 20, and registers the readout information into a non volatile or a backed up volatile memory 23 built in the information input terminal 26, which communicates only with the partner read to register by the bar code reader 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
