<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an administrative document management system, an administrative document management device and an administrative document management program that can appropriately and efficiently manage various information about documents created in the service of an administrative agency or local public body by registering it in a database, and facilitate entry addition, change and deletion by setting a recording format of every registration entry of the various information. <P>SOLUTION: An administrative document management server 2 comprises a server transmission and reception part 6, a page data creation part 7, a data saving part 8, a document search part 9 and a database 5 for recording various data files.
