PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with a conventional front wheel speed increasing mechanism, wherein since selector clutches are disengageably and engageably operated by hydraulic oil fed from a pump driven by an engine, an error occurs in the reaction of a steering wheel when the mechanism is switched to a front wheel speed increase driving state according to the steered angle of the steering wheel, and a structure is complicated and production cost is increased. SOLUTION: This traveling vehicle is formed to be switchable between a four wheel drive state in which front wheels 1 and 1 are driven at the generally same speed as the peripheral speed of rear wheels 2 and 2 and the front wheel speed increase drive state in which the front wheels 1 and 1 are driven at a speed higher than the peripheral speed of the rear wheels 2 and 2. The selector clutches 20 and 21 for switching between the four wheel drive state and the front wheel speed increase drive state are installed at the rear of a front axle case 13, and select operation means 22 of the selector clutches 20 and 21 are interlockingly connected to the turning base parts of the front wheels 1 and 1 through link mechanisms.
