DATABASE SYSTEM, SERVER, INQUIRY INPUTTING METHOD, AND DATA UPDATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of the whole system by avoiding a resource competition in a parallel distributed database system. SOLUTION: This inquiry inputting method is used in a database system comprising a front end server for inputting an inquiry by use of a determined rule to a plurality of database servers having databases capable of retrieving the same content to retrieve the databases according to an inquiry request; and a management server for managing the rule used by the front end server. The management server acquires execution logs of the database servers, generates the rule based on a compatibility related to the inquiry which is calculated by use of the acquired logs.
