PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a quick nursing business by allowing a nurse in a nurse center to immediately cope with a patient of an emergency call origin. SOLUTION: When the patient of the emergency call origin operates a staff call button 11 of nurse call slave sets 1, for more than set time or the set number of times, a call path from a slave set microphone 12 of the nurse call slave set to a master set speaker 34 of a nurse call master set 3 is formed by control of a controller 5 which detects these emergency call operations, and a voice signal is transmitted via the formed call path.
