PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in power consumption of the entire network caused by the complication of a network structure, and also to suppress a drop in a communication speed. SOLUTION: A method is provided for reconstructing a network provided with a plurality of small networks where one slave terminal S or more link by radio in relation to master terminal M. First, nodes which respective terminals 1 to 7 can make a radio link to are detected. Next, detection information including detection results of the respective terminals 1 to 7 is prepared. Then, the prepared detection information is used to select a master terminal M so as to reduce the number of master terminals M.
