PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously discharge static electricity by attaching a device to footwear, eliminating the uncomfortable zap during discharge, without requiring any special operation. SOLUTION: The device for continuously releasing static electricity comprises a surface side attaching part 2 for attaching to a foot placing portion of the footwear, a back surface side attaching part 3 for attaching to a back surface portion of the footwear, and a connecting part 4 for connecting the surface side attaching part 2 and the back surface side attaching part 3.
