PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve customizing a command in each symbol and re-usability of the symbol of a plotter. SOLUTION: Processing objectives of an order command 15 are graphical information 12, attribute information 13, and connection point information 14. A symbol is encapsulated by integrating the information and an order command 15, and is composed to have inheritance information 11. In a plotter 10, graphical information 12, attribute information 13, and connection point information 14 are read and synthesized by tracing inheritance information 11 of the processing objective symbol in a symbol reading and synthesizing part 3.
