PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an output reference voltage from varying even if transistors used in a bandgap reference voltage generating circuit undergo filter attacks after molding. SOLUTION: A circuit where a first resistance and a diode-connected first NPN transistor are connected in series and another circuit where a second resistance, a third resistance and a diode-connected second NPN transistor are connected in series are connected in parallel between an output node and a ground node. The same circuit comprises a fourth resistance, a third NPN transistor, a fifth resistance, a sixth resistance, and a fourth NPN transistor. A first voltage-current conversion circuit which, when the base potential of the third NPN transistor is higher than the base potential of the first NPN transistor, supplies the base of the first NPN transistor with a large current approximately proportional to their potential difference, and a second voltage-current conversion circuit which, when the base potential of the fourth NPN transistor is higher than the base potential of the second NPN transistor, supplies the base of the second NPN transistor with a large current approximately proportional to their potential difference are provided.
