PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational accuracy measuring method for correcting phase shifts within one rotation. SOLUTION: Time-series data comprising sampled values of a prescribed period indicating displacements of a rotator, rotating on a shaft, in radial directions is divided into blocks for every rotational period of the rotator and form a plurality of data blocks. Phase shifts of the plurality of created data blocks are corrected for every locational period. On the basis of the plurality of data blocks of which the phase shifts are corrected, an index indicating rotational accuracy of the rotator is computed. Phase shifts of the rotator of the data block within the rotational period are detected (S6). Differences in the numbers of the sampled values between the data block of interest and preceding and following data blocks are each computed (S8). Detected phase shifts of the data block of interest within the rotational period are reduced or increased according to the mean of the computed differences (S10). Reduced or increased shifts are distributed to each sampled value of the data block of interest (S12). On the basis of distributed shifts, phase shifts are corrected for very sampled value (S14).
