PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output an accurate sensor signal even when a supply voltage is fluctuated. SOLUTION: This device has a constitution wherein, when an A/D conversion circuit 7 generates and outputs digital data, a constant voltage is applied from a constant voltage circuit 2 to an oscillation circuit 3 by setting the first switching state (state shown by the solid line in the figure) by a switch circuit 4, and a stabilized oscillation frequency f is outputted from the oscillation circuit 3 to the A/D conversion circuit 7. Even when the supply voltage (Vdd) is fluctuated, the A/D conversion circuit 7 can sample analog data, and generate and output the digital data based on the stabilized oscillation frequency f inputted from the oscillation circuit 3.
