PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a beverage can be taken out from a refrigerator from developing dew condensation, by winding lagging sheet of paper on the surface of the can, because condensed dew on the can causes the temperature of the beverage to rise. SOLUTION: The lagging sheet of paper is wound around the surface of the beverage can taken out from the refrigerator, so that no dew condensation takes place on the surface. The thickness of the lagging sheet of paper is approximately 2mm while the width extends from the bottom of the can to the portion below the upper bend thereof, with its length being equal to the outer circumference of the can. The lagging sheet of paper is composite paper having corrugated cardboard on its outer side with Japanese paper stuck to its inside. After use, the lagging sheet of paper is cut apart at a perforated tear-off line for disposal as environment-friendly waste that can be recycled and burned. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
