PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accommodate inner containers of small thickness or height without any play when accommodating inner containers of different sizes in an outer container. SOLUTION: In a folding-assembly container, four side plate parts 1-4, and an overlapping part 5 are continuously provided via a crease 6, flaps 9 and 10 to be folded inward of a lid piece 7 are continuously provided on upper and lower parts of the side surface, and the flap 9 is formed long. A holding flap 11 of the width substantially matching with the width of a space S1 to be formed of a thin inner container B is formed by a cut 9a leading to an intermediate part in the root direction from a tip thereof and a crease 6a leading in the side end direction from its original end part, and a supporting flap 12 is continuously expanded and provided on a lower part of an open side edge of the back side plate part 4 via a crease 6b sidewise with the width substantially matching with the width of a space S2 formed of an inner container of small height.
