PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive emboss-formed coated metal sheet excellent in design properties without applying deep emboss-forming, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the emboss-formed coated metal sheet constituted by providing an emboss-formed coating film on at least one surface of a metal sheet, 0.5-15 mass% of fine particles with a mean particle size of 0.1-10μm is added to the coating film and the emboss-forming processing part is whitened.
