The holder has a retainer part (2) with axial seat (3) for the lock housing and a passage at right angles to it, for a locking bolt. A clip-like fastener section (6) with two legs (7,8) connected by a loop (9) and defining a passage bore (10) is for bearing of a tube (20). One leg has an inner thread (13), and a clamp screw (15) is fitted into the thread and the passage bore. A cover (17,18) fastened to a leg and/or the fastener section, covers the clamp screw when fitted. There is a fixed connection (7) between the retainer part and the fastener section. Retainer part and/or fastener section and/or cover are of plastic.
