Flat or shaped soundproofing board made from thermoplastic to rubbery materials, with a thickness of 0.5-6 mm and a weight of 1-10 kg/m2>, comprises bound granules with a size of 1-6 mm, preferably made from recycled viscoelastic flat or shaped soundproofing materials. Independent claims are also included for: (1) soundproofing board that comprises recycled molded materials, e.g. ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer or polyethylene, with a high mineral filler (e.g. powdered limestone and/or barite) content and is laminated e.g. with textile coverings, foam sheets or nonwoven mats; (2) soundproofing board comprising a core layer of bound plastic regranulate bonded on one or both sides to glass fiber, natural fiber and/or synthetic fiber nonwovens, mats or webs.
