A cable, especially an audio cable with a conductor and electrical insulation, where the cable has a dielectric constant less than 1.6, an intermediate layer between the conductor and insulation which has open sections and/or hollow filaments or tube material. An independent claim is included for an audio arrangement (7) with several electrically insulated cables with an envelope (8) in which the cable is guided in two groups separated by a distance piece (9), and/or is constructed as above.
