<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveniently used clip by which a writing utensil or the like can be easily attached and removed by a reduced number of rotating lever operations without causing the lowering of the holding force of the clip even after its frequent opening and closing actions, and an utensil having this clip. <P>SOLUTION: The tip parts of a pair of both synthetic resin clip pieces 4 and 5 having the rear end parts pivotally held approaches each other by expanding the opposing space with a cam shaft CM through one way rotary operation of the synthetic resin operating lever 8 equipped with the cam shaft CM and separates by fitting locking releasing claws 14a and 14b provided on the cam shaft CM to relieving grooves 16 and 18 at least formed on either one of both the clip pieces 4 and 5 through the other way pivoting operation of the operating lever 8. The holding force is not lowered even by the repetition of the opening and closing actions due to the application of a mechanical pinching force with the cam shaft CM and, in addition, the tip parts of both the clip pieces 4 and 5 is easily separated through a small rotary operation of the operating lever 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
