<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption, and to reduce operation costs along with a reduction in the power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic ventilation and daylighting apparatus is equipped with a slurry pipe (1) which is filled with gas hydrate slurry, a heat exchanger (2) which is connected to the slurry pipe so as to exchange heat between the gad hydrate slurry and air, a circulating pump (3) for circulating the gad hydrate slurry between the slurry pipe and the heat exchanger, and an opening/closing mechanism (11) for opening/closing a ventilation part of a building and/or a daylighting part thereof by making a gas pressure of the gas hydrate slurry, infilled into the slurry pipe, serve as a working pressure. The apparatus is also equipped with a pressure conversion part (4) for converting the gas pressure in the slurry pipe into the working pressure of a working medium for operating the opening/closing mechanism. Additionally, the apparatus is equipped with a slurry producing and storing part (20) for producing and storing the gas hydrate slurry so as to fill the slurry pipe with gas hydrate slurry. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
