<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered structure of a silver alloy having more excellent properties in low electrical resistance, weathering resistance, heat resistance, workability, adhesiveness and high reflectance than predetermined levels, and to provide an electrode, electric wiring, a reflective film and a reflective electrode using it. <P>SOLUTION: The layered structure of the silver alloy comprises a bottom thin film of a silver alloy containing primarily silver and at least one element having a negative standard electrode potential as secondary or higher components, formed on a substrate; and the top thin film of a silver alloy containing primarily silver and only the metals having a positive standard electrode potential as secondary or higher components, formed on the bottom thin film so as to be thinner than the bottom thin film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
