LIQUID MEDICINE PREPARATION KIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine preparation kit which does not waste preparations even when the puncturing sequence of a vial is mistaken.

SOLUTION: This liquid medicine preparation kit for preparing the liquid medicine using two vials having different shapes is constituted of a slide cylinder having two skirt parts having different shapes and a double-headed needle. A guide means of the double-headed needle and a pawl for locking the vial mouth are disposed in the slide cylinder. The length of at least one of the skirt parts is longer than the length in the axial direction of the double-headed needle.
