PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device which does not cause an ejection failure even when a large impact is added to a disk. SOLUTION: The disk device 20 comprises a rotary driving mechanism 33 for rotating the disk placed on a tray 22, an optical device 32 for reproducing the information from the disk or recording the information to the disk, a mechanical chassis 31 which supports these and is tilted so as to be moved away from or nearer to the disk, a slide member 48 which is connected to the mechanical chassis 31 and has a press-moving pin 49 which projects upward, and where a 1st engagement part 71 is formed at the head, and which slides in the right and left directions, and a guiding part 57 which is formed on the bottom face of the tray 22, houses the press-moving pin 49 to be slidable, press-moves the press-moving pin 49 to the right and left by putting in and out operation of the tray 22, and has a 2nd engagement part 72 to be engaged with the 1st engagement part 71.
