PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of an image by preventing occurrence of the gloss unevenness of the image due to the peak of heat distribution and that of high temperature offsetting. SOLUTION: In a fixing device by which unfixed toner 131 is fixed by bringing a pressure roller 120 into press-contact with a heating roller 110 incorporating a center area heating heater 100 to heat a center area and a both-end area heating heater 100 to heat both end areas at the outside of the center area, the holding filament and the wire filament of the both-end area heating heater 100 are arranged so that phases are alternately set with respect to the coil filament and the wire filament of the center area heating heater 100 alternately arranged at the center area, and the holding filament arranged at the center area of the both-end area heating heater 100 is arranged at a position corresponding to the coil filament and the wire filament alternately arranged at the center area of the center area heating heater 100.
