PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a low-frequency radio wave due to a GND wire from being radiated and to reduce an EMI noise component. SOLUTION: A plurality of row driving semiconductor integrated circuit elements or a plurality of column driving semiconductor integrated circuit elements are mounted on a mounting substrate 1 and the ground wire provided on the mounting substrate 1 is composed of ground wire blocks 2 which are electrically divided into a plurality of groups.
