PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation foundation by which a form and a heat insulation material of the inside can be easily and accurately fixed by a form width fixing implement usable in common when the heat insulation material is arranged at both face sides of a continuous footing, at only outside, or at only inside or is not arranged and capable of preventing cement slurry from oozing out of joints of adjacent heat insulation material and mutual adjacent heat insulation materials mutually engaged can be easily positioned and fixed to easily and accurately provide a joint structure of the heat insulation materials. SOLUTION: Concrete is placed in a space where heat insulation materials 3 are arranged in the inside of a form 9 to construct a continuous footing 2. In the form width fixing implement of the heat insulation foundation, the heat insulation material 3 is arranged on the surface of the continuous footing 2. Fixing pieces 6a, 6d, 6e, 6f fitting to the form 9 to hold it and fitting pieces 6a-6d fixing the heat insulation material 3 are provided, Protrusions and recessions 3a, 3b mutually fitting to the right and left header faces of the heat insulation material 3 are provided to constitute the implement.
