发明名称 FINISH ANNEALING METHOD FOR GRAIN-ORIENTED MAGNETIC STEEL SHEET WITH LOW CORE LOSS
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advantageous finish annealing method for improving magnetic properties in a sheet width direction and nonuniformity of a surface quality by effectively inhibiting an oxide film and a forsterite film from forming on the surface of a magnetic steel sheet. SOLUTION: This finish annealing method comprises applying an annealing separator for forming no forsterite in annealing, or applying an annealing separator containing 0.1-10 pts. wt. halide in halogen terms with respect to 100 pts. wt. annealing separator, on the surface of the magnetic steel sheet containing 2.0-7.0 mass% Si; and annealing the coil of the steel sheet mounted in an up end, in a state of shielding the upper end surface of the coil from an atmospheric gas.
