PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of inclined delivery of a sheet, variation of delivery timing and noise in delivery due to unstable delivery operation when a delivery means comes in contact with the sheet to deliver the sheet. SOLUTION: Delivery is started after the delivery means comes in contact with the sheet, and the teeth of a gear for intermittently driving the delivery means is formed in pointed shape.
