PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly compute service specifications for installing an elevator. SOLUTION: An average operation interval computing part 11 computes turning-around time of a car, riding processing time for occupying one landing place at a main floor by the car, and average operation interval at the main floor of the car by taking descent processing time for occupying each service floor when the car departs from the main floor and moves up to safe distance where the next car can depart into account based on inputted building specifications and car specifications. A facility amount computing part 12 computes facility amount of the elevator based on the inputted building specifications, traffic demand specifications, and average operation interval computed by the average operation interval computing part 11.
