PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lid plate of a case from being excessively closed when not used in an adhesive tape storage cutter storing an adhesive tape in the turnably combined case and cutting it in a cutter part for use. SOLUTION: A shaft part 24 and the cutter part 25 are formed on a side plate 23 of a first case 21, and a bottom plate 26 is provided below the cutter part 25. A mounting shaft 32 is provided on a side plate 31 of a second case 22 to fit into the shaft part 24 turnably. The lid plate 33 is provided to cover the cutter part 25. A stopper 42 is provided on an inner face of the side plate 23 of the first case 21 to bring the lid plate 33 into contact with it when closing the second case 22 in order to prevent the second case from being excessively closed by this configuration.
