PURPOSE: Provided is a laminated film, which is excellent in transparency without reducing the degree of its transparency with crosslinking and serves as a superior gas barrier in high humidity conditions. CONSTITUTION: The laminated film comprises a gas barrier layer formed on at least one side of the substrate film. The gas barrier layer consists of the crosslinked compositions of the copolymer of ethylene and vinyl alcohol and (meth)acrylic acid based polymers. The content of ethylene in the copolymer is 1 to 19%. Also, the film is produced by forming a mineral oxides containing deposition layer on the substrate film and applying a gas barrier layer on the deposition layer. The substrate film is a biaxial polyester film or a biaxial propylene film.
