<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load equalization system using the smaller number of sensors with a current sensor as a main sensor even for a power supply current waveform that is deformed by a rectifying circuit such as a diode bridge. <P>SOLUTION: This load control device comprises a power supply current detection means that detects an alternating current inputted to the rectifying circuit from a power supply; a signal conversion means that converts the detected signal of the power supply current detection means to a direct-current signal, or a smoothed signal that is proportional to a peak value of the alternating current; and a control means that controls a charging/discharging circuit with respect to an energy storage device, so that an output of the signal conversion means complies with a control command. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
