<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device capable of maintaining gradation display characteristics irrelevantly to screen display luminance. <P>SOLUTION: In Fig., 491R is a variable resistor for adjusting a reference current of red (R). A current flowing to a transistor 472a constituting a current mirror circuit with a transistor 471R can linearly be varied by linearly adjusting the reference current of R. A current flowing to a transistor 472b supplied with a current to or from the transistor 472a of a transistor group 521a varies and a transistor 473a of a transistor group 521b constituting a current mirror circuit with the transistor 472b varies. Further, a transistor 473b supplied with a current from the transistor 473a varies.
