PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize the frictional heat of a bearing within a wheel hub generated during the travelling of a vehicle, and convert the thermal gradient by the heat radiation of the wheel into power by a Peltier effect element, and putting the heat of a disc plate which is the rotating member of a brake part, and a brake lining to practical use for security of power until stoppage of travel, and apply it to detection by each kind of sensor. SOLUTION: The frictional heat, generated in the bearing 5 within the hub unit by the rotation of a tire axle and the thermal gradient due to the heat radiation of the wheel 3 coupled with the hub unit are converted into power by a Peltier element 1.
