PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call error prevention method for mobile terminal with which an unnecessary emergency call caused by a key input error can be prevented. SOLUTION: The call error prevention method includes the steps of comparing a telephone number inputted by the mobile terminal with a specific number stored in advance when a user inputs the telephone number for trying a call, and controlling operations of the mobile terminal according to the compared result in the comparison step.
