PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall framework having openings and their assembling holder capable of improving the dimensional accuracy and the workability of the assembly. SOLUTION: This holder is can assemble an upper side frame member located at the upper side of an opening of the wall framework placed upside down, and has a surface plate 12, respective guides 15 and 16 as a pair erected with an outer side dimension of a side frame member practically forming an opening as a pair at the right and left, a spacer 19 for securing installation gap for an upper frame member of the wall framework, a lower side magnet 17 for attracting and temporarily fixing a lintel-receiving metal 13 of a lintel member 11 reinforcing an opening arranged on the opening fixed to the respective guide 15 and 16, a plurality of vertical frame members 14 and 35 performing the height adjustment of the opening which is fixed to the respective guides 15 and 16, and an upper side magnet 17a for attracting and temporarily fixing a vertical frame member 14 arranged at both the sides is provided among the vertical frame members 14 arranged at both the sides of a plurality of vertical frame members 14 and 35 which are fixed to the respective guides 15 and 16 and performing the height adjustment for the opening.
