PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation mixing device capable of automatically keeping the verticality of an agitation mixing shaft when the shaft is penetrated in the ground. SOLUTION: The agitation mixing shaft 2 with an excavation head 3 and agitation blades 4 can be freely penetrated or pulled out in/from the ground 7. An improving material 9 discharged at a specified position and in-situ soil 8 are agitated and mixed in the agitation mixing device 1.
